Is this site considered secure for financial transactions?
In short, yes, the site is considered secure for financial transactions. We rely on 128-bit encryption technology, the most secure encryption technology available, to scramble your account data and transmissions. We have also incorporated additional security procedures into the account login and registration process to help ensure that client information remains safe and secure.
Do all shareholders have online access to their accounts?
No, shareholders who purchased their shares from certain third parties, such as Schwab One Source® or Fidelity Funds Network® do not have access to their accounts on this website. The third party organizations maintain account records on their own systems and do not provide us with that information. If your client purchased fund shares through such a third party you will need to contact that third party organization to obtain account information.
How can I help my client with online accounts and registration?

How do I register for secure site access?
To register, go to the Registration page where you’ll enter your first and last name and your firm email address. Next, you’ll review and accept the user agreement and confirm your email address. You’ll then create and confirm your password to complete your registration and view your account.
How can I update my personal or firm information?
To make changes to your phone number, email address or your firm information, please call a Columbia Threadneedle representative at 800.248.2828 for assistance.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password at any time. After logging into your account, go to My Profile and select Change Password.
I can't remember my password.
You can reset your password online using the Forgot Password link on the Log In page.
First, you’ll need to enter your User ID. You can then select to receive a one-time passcode via email to continue.
Once you’ve entered the passcode correctly, you can then create and confirm a new password that you can use to log in.

I receive an error message when logging into my account.
There are several reasons why you may receive an error message when logging in. Check to ensure that your User ID and password are correct.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link to reset it. You will need to know your User ID and can then select to receive a one-time passcode via email to continue through the process.
